We Won!

Court was today. The closing statement from the magistrate who heard the case:

"The landlord has the obligation to maintain the property. That obviously wasn't done in this case. Sure, you might have to wait for parts, but to wait 6 month for a part? I don't think so. To wait 6 months to dry a wall before you can patch it? I don't think so. This is just inexcusable. Even if it does take that long to get a part, accommodations need to be made to the tenant, and that didn't happen. The bottom line Ms. X (the representative from our complex) is that they did not get what they paid for."
